I had the honour of attending and speaking at YFYA, Your Future, Your Ambition 2019! It was aspirational to see the students learning and being fascinated in new careers they had no idea about! “YFYA introduces students , school leavers and graduates, to exciting career paths in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM).”
Your Future, Your Ambition was founded in 2011 with the aspiration of inspiring young people (ages 7 to 23 yrs) from diverse backgrounds into pursuing STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Maths) based careers.
In 2012, along with the support of 14 organisations came together with the aspiration of inspiring young people (ages 7 to 23 yrs) from diverse backgrounds into pursuing STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Maths) based careers and the Your Future, Your Ambition (YFYA) event was launched.
As YFYA continues with its annual event which provides younger age groups (7-16) with exciting and inspiring activities, whilst providing the older age groups (17+ to Graduates) with access to blue chip organisations through key workshops and exposure designed to provide the key tools top companies are looking for in respect to STEM based careers.

THE CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR, Dr. RASHADA HARRY LLB, LLM!
The Founder of YFYA - Your Future, Your Ambition, Dr. Rashada Harry LLB, LLM was announced as a Top 50 rising star in Technology with WeAreTheCity. The WATC Rising Star awards showcase the UK pipeline of female talent below management and create 50 role models across 10 different industries and professions. Rashada and the rest of the YFYA team, have a passion for helping these young people and introducing to STEAM and different careers and have certainly fulfilled their aim!
